Consignment terms: We accept clean, ready to sell items for consignment. We will help you determine a proper asking price. We offer a 90 day contract as follows: After the first 30 days, if the item has not sold, the price is reduced by 25%. Then, after another 60 days, if the item still has not sold, it is reduced by another 25%, or you may retrieve the item. Antiques on East State gets 25% of the selling price.
